I don’t recommend lightly, I did research before and interviewed other realtors. Yaniv was impressive from the first meeting and only raised the level on each contact with him. He delivered what he promised, stayed professional, was thorough and demonstrated his knowledge throughout the entire transaction and more! Overall great experience. You were pro-active, acted on behalf of us, and really did an amazing job negotiating for us and getting us best value. One thing that could be improved upon is explaining the potential impact of items found during the inspection on the insurance. Still, I would 100% recommend you.

Me and my wife recently used Cohen & Co's Services when we began to look for a home to purchase. We both were very stressed at the beginning because we knew buying a property isn't simple. However, right off the bat Yaniv Stephanie and Vanessa took a lot of that stress off our shoulders. We were completely devastated, since we had already closed on our new house we built out of state and already moved all of our furnishings.
